Raptors, DeRozan agree to five-year deal

"Pro Court Report" Staff Report

The Toronto Raptors and shooting guard DeMar DeRozan on early Friday morning reportedly reached a five-year contract extension.

DeRozan can sign on or after July 7, when the league's off-season moratorium on player movement expires.

DeRozan averaged a career-best 23.5 points this past season. He scored 28 or more points six times in the post-season; the Raptors went 6-0 in those games.
