Kawhi Leonard wins Defensive Player of the Year for second straight season

For the second straight year, San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard won the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year on Monday.

Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green finished second for the second straight season. He was followed by Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside in third.

Leonard received 547 points and 84 first-place votes from a voting panel of 130 media members.
