The Sacramento Kings are planning to fire head coach George Karl on Thursday when the 2015-16 NBA regular season ends, according to reports.
The reports said that the Kings plan on firing Karl after their regular season finale against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday.
Whoever becomes the Kings' new head coach will be the team's league-most ninth coach since the 2006-07 season.
